It's Monday again. I have never worked on a Monday in my life. I work two jobs, one with my father and the other I work for myself. Thirteen years and no Mondays. Mondays are my Sundays, the last day of the weekend and normally a day to get the weekly errands done, except of course on a federal holiday. For some reason the government has felt it necessary to make Mondays the day.
Everyone brags about a long weekend and I think to myself "Wow it's only a regular weekend for me".
The added benefit of me not being able to go the bank or post office is I get more time to knit. I'm making great progress on my sock. I also made headway on a scarf and a pair of mittens.
Today I got the yarn for my mum's Christmas present. All I can say is it's beautiful, soft, and blue.

I can NOT imagine not ever working a Monday in your life!?! That means you have missed out on all those Monday "blues", or do you maybe get the Monday Blues on Tuesdays? A very good question. We should ponder and discuss!
